Estate Planning

Estate planning should be tailored to fit your individual goals and circumstances. I will not simply draft documents but will meet with you to create a customized plan as to how best to carry out your own estate planning objectives in light of your family structure, finances, and situation.  I will make sure that you understand the plan and how it is being implemented.

Your estate plan may include a Will or living trust; a power of attorney to give a designated individual authority over your finances; a health care proxy  to designate someone to make medical decisions if you are unable to do so; a trust if needed; and any other planning relevant and useful to effectuate your goals and provide for your needs and wishes.
