Wills

It is essential that every individual has a Will to transmit ownership of his or her assets, protect his or her family, and appoint someone to enforce his or her wishes.  This is true whether you are a person of modest means or if you have significant asset holdings. A Will directs what happens to property after a person dies. It appoints who will be responsible for implementing your wishes.  The simplest means to appoint guardians of your choice for any minor children is in your Will.  Your Will can incorporate planning to minimize taxes.  You can create trusts under your Will to provide for a child with special needs, young family members, or for a beneficiary with creditor issues.  I have drafted hundreds of individualized Wills for many circumstances, for clients of varied asset levels and situations.   I will prepare a Will for you that is suited to your family and financial situation, and ensure that your goals are carried out in the most effective way possible.
